Arizona Foam and Spray offers rigid polyurethane sprayed-in-place roof systems for new and existing flat and low slope roofs. The seamless, monolithic, lightweight roof system adheres to most substrates and is durable, safe, permanent, cost-effective and maintenance-free with unequaled energy savings over the life of the roof. The tremendously versatile roof system resists ultraviolet rays, temperature fluctuations, extreme temperatures and wind lift conditions with 5 and 10 year warranties available on most low slope roofs.

Our polyurethane roof systems are UL, ICC, FM approved with an R-Factor of 6.7 and K-Factor of 0.148 based on (1) inch thickness which seals, insulates and sound proofs while providing custom drainage and reduced thermal shock and deck movement normally associated with other built up roof systems. AFS polyurethane roof systems are self-flashing, waterproof, attractive and scuff-resistant to foot traffic, utilizing our own industry-leading tough,CRRC and Energy Star qualified white reflective elastomeric top coat.
